For any returns they must phone us first. If it is just that they don’t like it we discuss it first and then decide whether they can return it (normally yes) but we don’t refund carriage in this case. If it is because of something we’ve done – like a double delivery then we pay carriage. There is 1 years warranty but still they must phone first because it could be something that is easily solved over the phone – eg putting in 4 batteries instead of 6. If it is faulty in warranty they get a returns number and returns label to use to get it back to us. Out of warranty they get a return number and often an idea of price to fix but no returns label – they send it at their own expense.
In all instances they phone us first.
